[Thu Aug 26 4:56:25 PDT 2010]

[Wed Aug 25 7:16:51 PDT 2010]
Sport NB is currently promoting the ‘Thumbs Up for Sport Campaign’ which encourages athletes/coaches/sport enthusiasts to send in photos of them showing their support for increasing sport funding. If you have already sent this on to your athletes, great! I did see quite a few athletes from your TG send photos and sign up already. The important part is to send an e-card. This online card will be sent to all leaders of the 5 political parties for the upcoming election. The letter is pre-written and allows for you to edit as well. If you haven’t done so already, it would be great if you could help the cause and pass it along to other coaches/athletes/admin in your sport. The link is located below. ...

The Youth Olympic Games being a team competition, Canada now sits in 7th position for the cycling competition, equal with Denmark with 92 points. Italy currently leads this competition with 38 points.
