Opening of the Velodrome
[Wed May 8 5:53:18 PDT 2013]
All right trackies, after good work as been done on the trails, it's time to take good care of the Velodrome! I checked it out last night, and it's in a really good shape after the long winter! It would still need your help to make sure it's totally good to go. So, Thursday evening, May 9 at 6:00, we'll be doing a clean up session and if we have enough people showing up, we should have enough time to ride it after! Who's in?

We are sorry if you noticed we have not been using the Centre's web site much lately. It has been hacked and we could not access it; and you might have also notice the complete "program" page was deleted. Thanks to the knowledge of Pablo Vergara, the site is now fixed and we should be able to update our information very shortly.
MBS Cup dates for 2013
[Tue Apr 23 5:09:59 PDT 2013]
Dates for this year's Mike's Bike Shop Cup:
Fundy Ride postponed, but we are still going to ride.
[Sat Mar 30 15:30:42 PDT 2013]
Slight change of plan for tomorrow's (Sunday) ride. We decided not to head down to Fundy National Park as the temperature is colder down there. We will be doing a ride from the Centre starting at noon. Sorry for the confusion and we will be doing the Fundy ride at a later date. Here's the proposed course.
Sunday's Fundy Ride
[Fri Mar 29 4:46:02 PDT 2013]
The weather's looking better and better, but let's not say it too loud as it could turn around in the next 10 minutes (after all, we are in the Maritimes). For the riders, have a look at the schedule bellow. As for the famous annual Fundy ride, we will be meeting at the Centre at 10 AM on Sunday with hopes to arrive at the old Bank Museum (Riverside-Albert) for 11. Here's the course we will be riding afterwards: http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/185546372. You can still register from the Centre web site for this specific ride.
[Wed Mar 27 9:58:41 PDT 2013]
As promised, here's the camp schedule for this weekend. Nature's not cooperating 100%, so we should expect some last minute changes.

2013 Spring Camp
[Thu Mar 14 4:22:48 PDT 2013]
The 2013 Spring Camp will once again open the season for Atlantic Canada’s best young riders. This year, the 2013 Canada Games pool athletes are invited as the targeted groups, but it is also time to look at the 2017 group. A special invitation also goes to the rest of the cycling community for the annual Fundy Park ride. Centre’s Elite Athletes may joins at their convenience.
Again this year, we will hold our traditional group ride to the Fundy National Park. This ride will take place according to the weather previsions. We will also have daily registration if less experienced cyclists would like to join; the schedule of the camp will go from easy to harder rides.
The camp will also include some assessments, group riding, presentations, and other interesting items. The complete schedule will only be published at a later date as we will gauge it on Mother Nature.
Registration, before March 25th, is possible here. Please, for those who only want to do the Fundy ride, register on-line also before March 30th.
Indoor Championships cancelled
[Fri Mar 1 10:29:57 PST 2013]
Due to low numbers, we will have to cancel this weekend’s Indoor Computrainer Championships. We will still be holding a ride for those who still want to make it. I’ll be posting the time slots onto the Centre web site shortly (in the Activity Calendar section).
Thanks for those who had offer help for this event, and thanks also to Protherapy Stephen Handel, for its continued support towards our winter program.
For those who paid via paypal, I’ll issue a re-imbursement.
